The public Chrome installation is not available yet. You can still rate videos on Watchlist.

1. Install Watchlist in desktop Chrome or a compatible Chromium browser.
2. Open a normal YouTube watch page and choose Connect Watchlist. Sign in on the Watchlist connection page.
3. Click your rating. Videos new to Watchlist are added when you rate them; you don’t need to submit them first.

Watchlist is an independent community, not an official YouTube feature. Shorts and mobile pages aren’t supported in this version.
